This new company is 100% controlled by Guangzhou Longest Science & Technology Co., Ltd. , and it will be the main business entity for our overseas activities in the future.
Based on this marketing strategy, we will start selling and marketing all of our products under the new company as soon as our new ISO 13485 is ready. For the next steps, we will keep updating our certifications to this new company name, such as MDSAP / INMETRO / TGA / CE MDD Extension / CE MDR / FDA Registration / 510K, and others. We will keep all of our customers updated in time.
Considering this will be a quite long time to complete the whole process, we will keep both company names above available in the transition period, till all the overseas registrations we (or our distributors) have done under the current company name are upgraded to the new one. It means we will keep the bank accounts of both companies working at the same time.
